Here, the animal truly comes first! They handled our dog wonderfully, were always approachable, extremely competent, and always treated the owner as an equal. There was no money-making scheme; all options were discussed and decisions were made in the best interests of the animal. We had previously been to Ulli Wölk and are very happy that he is readily available again for Motte.

The waiting area has a bright, spacious, and modern atmosphere, and the reception staff is very friendly. We already knew the veterinarian from Anikura; she is extremely competent and very loving, attentive, and patient with our pet. The billing was quick and in accordance with the veterinary fee schedule. No questionable additional services or therapies were offered. There are more than enough parking spaces available. Everything was excellent; we highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
