I would like to expressly commend and recommend WilmasVet and especially veterinarian Paula Krings. I'm new to the area. I found myself in a situation that was difficult to assess. On the one hand, my dog ​​had a severely inflamed paw, but without any apparent pain. On the other hand, the inflammation was already quite advanced. What impressed me most was the initial contact on the phone. I felt that there were real people listening and assessing the situation professionally. They took responsibility and didn't just put me off until the next available appointment. The way we spoke immediately showed me that my concerns were understood. That's precisely why they were able to schedule an appointment for me that same day, at very short notice, almost at lunchtime. At the clinic itself, the staff was highly professional yet very calm. My dog ​​was anxious, but every step was so well-coordinated that the treatment was quick. This made it as stress-free as possible for him. The treatment was explained clearly and understandably. The follow-up appointment was also arranged extremely quickly, even before the earliest appointment would have been available elsewhere. It later turned out to be an abscess. I'm all the more grateful that they acted so quickly. This is exactly the kind of veterinary practice you want on speed dial when it really matters. Many thanks to the entire team.
