Dr. Rieck took excellent care of my sick cat. He also explained any special considerations and what to watch out for. Thank you, I will continue to have my pet treated by him and would gladly recommend him.

Very nice and calm, competent vet. We received quick help when our puppy got diarrhea while we were on vacation. I would go there again if I didn't live in Hamburg!

Great vet, unfortunately closed since December 30th, as a sign on the door announces. Presumably another good vet has retired 😮‍💨

Appalling treatment of patients in an emergency. Our cat suddenly started bleeding from his urethra and vomiting blood in the evening, and the veterinary clinic was closed. Since Mr. Riek was on call, we contacted him. Unfortunately, he showed no interest in the animal or its symptoms, but it was very important to him that he received his payment, including surcharges. If you love your pet, please find a different veterinarian. One star is too much! He should be ashamed of himself!

Not even worth a star. We call because our cat is vomiting blood, and the only thing they can say is that they don't have an emergency service. It's not even worth a star. No recommendation!
