Dear Workers of Claudia Mamerow vet. clinic! Thank God for all of You, and thank You very much!!! You saved My cat "OSCAR", He already started to eat. Before He did not eat more than 10 days (He had treatment in other clinic, cause We did not know about this one) Thank You very much for English knowledge, I am from Ukraine (and Our cat too), and it was absolutely comfortable to Me, that Your doctors know English. The doctor was very pleasant and kind to Us. They made very quickly all necessary researches (X-Ray and ultrasonography), and they gave Us all the necessary tablets and gels for further treatment. Our medical insurance for cat will start to work only 17 days later (conditions of the insurance company). We paid the cash, and the price as I see was even less than in other veterinary clinics. I am choosing this clinic for Our cat. GOOD JOB!!! P.S. We are living 15 km from Dusseldorf but despite this, We are choosing this clinic.
My cat has been treated by several vets at the practice and all of them were amazing with him. They also always have the time to answer any questions about his care.
Great place. I got a termin for my cat's OP relatively quickly. Everyone there was very friendly and professional: all the receptionists and the doctor who did OP. She also explained me everything and answered all my questions. The healing process went well. The price was also bit cheaper than in couple of other places. I really recommend this clinic and if I ever need similar help, I will definitely go there again.
This Vet Practice is EXCELLENT!!! They are super friendly, very knowledgeable and give you a lot of advice. We have two cats that in fact we have to take them today. We don’t speak German and almost the whole team speak English. We are extremely happy. We got the recommendation from a neighbor that also has two cats.
Friendly reception and with an appointment only a short waiting time. Plenty of parking in front of the door. The vets have lots of experience and the practice has all the necessary equipment.
