Warning!!!!! This vet doesn't treat pets properly!!! He took the money for a vaccination for my house cat and ignored everything else!!! We told the vet that my cat had a toothache, and he said her gums didn't look good, but it wasn't serious?! Months later, we had to have three of my cat's teeth extracted, and she's only three years old. Not only did he ignore our concerns, but he also caused my cat to lose three teeth. This vet should be ashamed of himself!!
Unfriendly receptionist during the initial phone call. An appointment was scheduled. Today, the day before the appointment, I had to cancel because I was so upset by how unfriendly the woman on the phone was. Then I looked at the reviews, and they confirmed exactly how I had imagined she would handle my cat. Accordingly, the appointment has just been canceled. The vet is very nice; I know him from an emergency call, but I won't let that woman handle my cat. De Hackmann should restructure his team. Otherwise, even one star is too much.
Dr. Hackmann is a fantastic veterinarian! He has a lifetime of experience and a great feel for animals. The reception staff is also very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this practice.
