I've been to Dr. Pintar's emergency service twice so far. He's a very calm, professional, and competent vet. I can imagine him becoming my new vet, the one I'll entrust my animals to. Thank you so much for helping Odin.

We are new patients at this practice. We came across this wonderful practice through an emergency. Our cat was examined and misdiagnosed by several Felmo veterinarians. When her life was at stake, the kind doctor and his team saved her. We are so incredibly grateful! This practice is highly recommended! Our kitten Pamuk says THANK YOU!!!

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Pintar and his team. My cat was neutered yesterday. Professional consultation, quick and reliable organization, competent team. Dr. Pintar uses modern anesthesia techniques, and the procedure was quick and straightforward. I immediately felt comfortable, and his expertise was evident. Thank you so much for the prompt assistance, Dr. Pintar. It should be noted that the aforementioned negative reviews have absolutely no bearing on the practice and, moreover, not only reflect poorly on the authors' judgment but are also definitely defamatory!

I can't even begin to express my disappointment. According to the internet, this "emergency clinic" is open until around 11:45 pm. I called several times, but no one answered. In an emergency, I called a taxi and drove there with our sick pet. There was no one there. I stood in the cold with our sick animal for five minutes. No one! And this is what they call an emergency clinic!

At the beginning of the year (Saturday evening at 7:00 PM), I called because my beloved Maltese-Dachshund mix had a lovely case of anal gland issues and two teeth coming loose. I was able to come immediately, and my little guy received perfect and very professional treatment... :-) Yesterday, he was nipped in the face and kicked hard by a large dog (while playing). This morning, his eye was heavily oozing pus, and my little one was incredibly unwell! I called at 7:45 AM, and the helpful and efficient receptionist was already there, even though the practice officially opens at 8:30 AM every Saturday. I was able to come right away again and, just like during my first visit, didn't feel like I had to wait long! The vet cleaned the inflamed eye; the dog had a fever and noticeable bruising around his head and upper body! He received medication for his eye and precise instructions on how to use it. I'm back on Tuesday for a check-up, and as a very worried dog dad, I feel extremely reassured. The little guy is eating well and already seems almost back to his old self... :-) The price-performance ratio is very reasonable and more than appropriate in this time of need!
