Reviews
All the people in this clinic are very friendly and very good professionals, state of the art equipment and people dedicated to saving furry friends. The second extremely big plus that this clinic has it that the employees speek English if you don't know how to speal German. It is worth calling with the greatest confidence.
My cat‘s vet recommended Dr. Engelhardt as oncologist surgeon, when a tumor was detected near my cat’s liver. I can only recommend further, as the treatment he received was top notch, updated technology, friendly, professional and quick. It‘s a privilege that we are able to offer this support to our pets.
Unfortunately I have to take my 5 stars back, due to 4+ hours waiting time (I am actually still waiting) with my sick cat. We were here also 3 weeks ago because of the same illness which is still not diagnosed. I requested a full blood test last time and it is rejected, and now we're here again, waiting since forever...
This pet clinic is top notch. We took our three cats to have them evaluated. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They yreated our animals with the utmost care.
This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a pet clinic. Our cat was hit by a truck, which left her back leg broken. My husband and I chose this clinic, hoping they could help our little one and keep her safe. Later, the clinic gave us two options: either amputate her leg or give up our ownership — but they assured us that if we gave her up, her leg would not be amputated. Since she’s only two years old, we wanted her to have a full life with all four legs, so with heavy hearts, we decided to give up our ownership. We trusted their words and truly believed they would do everything possible to save her leg, just as they promised from the beginning. A few days later, we were devastated to find out that they had already amputated her leg. Now, she’s living with only three legs. To make things even worse, the surgery cost suddenly increased from €3,000 to €6,000. Choosing this clinic was the biggest mistake we’ve ever made. We just hope no one else has to go through the same pain and disappointment we did.
