I have to say, I've never seen such a kind and caring veterinary practice! They take so much time with all their patients! Keep up the good work! I'd say it's one of the best veterinary practices in the entire Bergisches Land region!

We haven't lived in Remscheid for very long. Yesterday, our 13-year-old dog was dying. We called the veterinary practice, and they agreed that we could come in. They waited for us, but asked us to drive carefully. The roads were icy, and it was snowing. That's when their empathy for us humans in this situation began. They even let us park right in front of the door, since our large dog weighed 35 kg and couldn't get up. In my 62 years, I've never met a veterinarian with so much empathy for both people and animals. So much sensitivity, even for a strange dog and its owners, whom she didn't know. We are so grateful to have been supported by her during this difficult time. Our beloved Basti deserved such a competent and compassionate veterinarian in his suffering. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Super sweet and super nice! She even made sure I could come in with my old dog on Christmas Eve, just before closing time, and again when no one else was around. She knew exactly what was wrong and really knew her stuff when it came to this dog! What a wonderful vet! We've been taking our Labrador puppy to this practice for a year now. We're extremely satisfied, and they've always been able to help. The receptionists might not always be super friendly or accommodating to me, but they are empathetic and trustworthy with my dog. I would definitely recommend this practice.

After a biting incident, Dr. Paas helped my dog ​​at very short notice. With sensitivity and expertise, she treated her infected neck wound with the best possible care. I also appreciate her personal approach. This is exactly the right practice for me and my dogs!
