I went to the new emergency veterinary clinic on Rosenstrasse in Remscheid today. It's only a 10-minute drive from my place. From the initial phone call to the final treatment, everything was great! All the staff were nice and friendly, and I think it's fantastic that there's someone available in an emergency, even on Sundays and public holidays. I was very worried about my dog, and the vet took wonderful care of him. He examined him thoroughly and explained everything clearly. 👍 It's great that places like this exist; keep up the good work! 🙏

While working from home this weekend, I noticed that my cat had unsuccessfully tried to use the litter box three times within 30 minutes. Not a good sign, as cats typically use the litter box 4-6 times a day. Of course, this always seems to happen on weekends, holidays, or shortly after the vet's office closes... so I googled it, found a vet, called the number, explained the situation, and got an appointment immediately... and 40 minutes later, our Coby was being treated. Dr. Kamel Nefzi was incredibly kind and empathetic and treated our shy kitten very gently and attentively. He also gave him time to look around and move freely, which I really appreciated. Once home, he quickly went to the litter box, and everything seems to have cleared from his bowels. It was a lot and certainly painful, but he's doing well again. We arrived at 8 pm after calling Mr. Katze because he was completely lethargic and listless. We were immediately helped in a friendly manner, the cat was examined and treated. I was given medication to take over the weekend. I am truly grateful that this practice exists and that all the staff were so kind. Thank you so much and a big compliment! The cat is already feeling much better ❤️

We had to let our cat Hannes go at home and contacted the mobile veterinary emergency service to euthanize him. The employee, Mr. Gamal, is a very empathetic and calm person who explained everything to us in detail and gave us the time to say goodbye in peace. Thank you so much!
