I wanted to bring my cat in as a new client. I was simply turned away with the explanation that they were "no longer accepting new clients because they're retiring soon." Honestly, I've never experienced anything like this before—a veterinary practice that turns away an animal even though they have the capacity. To me, this unfortunately shows that the animal's well-being isn't their priority, but rather pure convenience. If they're really about to close, a notice on their website, on the phone, or on the door would be the bare minimum. Instead, they let pet owners drive in only to send them away again. Very disappointing. I'm now looking for a vet who treats animals not like bothersome "clients," but like living beings. I asked very politely and understandingly, but was still dealt with defensively—as if I had asked for something outrageous—instead of medical help for my pet. For others reading this: New clients not welcome.

I can only recommend it; the lady on the phone was polite, the doctor was polite too, and it's very clean and well-maintained! I can also recommend it!

We're very new to Remscheid, and yesterday our dog was dying. It was 6 p.m. I called this veterinary practice on the recommendation of neighbors. What happened next was appalling. After I described the situation, the woman on the phone said the practice was full and I couldn't bring in a dog like that. She also said they weren't accepting new patients. She added that probably no other vet would either. I repeated that my dog ​​was dying. "Yes," she said coldly. I told her she would receive a review accordingly. Her response was, "Yes, please." One star is too much.

I have only positive things to say about the veterinary practice! My dog's second surgery after his cruciate ligament tear was just as competent as the first. Everything was explained clearly, and the bandage change was quick and professional. Thank you so much!
