I have only positive things to say about the veterinary practice! My dog's second surgery after the cruciate ligament rupture was just as expertly performed as the first. Everything was explained clearly, and the bandage change was quick and efficient. Thank you so much!

I wanted to bring my cat in as a new client. I was simply turned away with the explanation that they were "no longer accepting new clients because they're retiring soon." Honestly, I've never experienced anything like this before—a veterinary practice that turns away an animal even though they have the capacity. To me, this unfortunately shows that the animal's well-being isn't their priority, but rather pure convenience. If they're really about to close, a notice on their website, on the phone, or on the door would be the bare minimum. Instead, they let pet owners drive in only to send them away again. Very disappointing. I'm now looking for a vet who treats animals not like bothersome "clients," but like living beings. I asked very politely and understandingly, but was still dealt with defensively—as if I had asked for something outrageous—instead of medical help for my pet. For others reading this: New clients not welcome.

I am very, very satisfied; Mr. and Mrs. Gorzel have always been there for my little one in urgent situations. He has always been treated with loving care, and Mr. Gorzel is always honest with his customers. Thank you so much for being there!

I can only recommend it; it's very nice and polite. I took my cat there on Friday, August 22nd, 2025, for deworming and my other cat for vaccinations. Everything went really well! I can only recommend it; the lady on the phone was polite, the doctor was polite too, and it's very clean and well-maintained! I can also recommend it!

He became very unfriendly and, after scheduling an appointment, said no, they had an appointment on such and such a date, and told me I could leave now. This practice is not recommended. A very good veterinarian is Tierarzt Praxis Süd, run by Ms. Köhn on Burgerstrasse.
