I simply have to give a huge compliment! We've been going to this vet for three years now, and every visit has been perfect. The staff is friendly and incredibly professional, and they always provide quick assistance. We were worried after our cat (Badem) was neutered, wondering if he might experience anxiety or pain after the surgery. He arrived home a bit unsteady, of course, but the next morning he was completely back to his old self, in fantastic spirits and even more motivated for mischief. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

We usually go to a different veterinary practice, but on that day at the end of February, when we urgently needed help for our terminally ill cat (kidney failure) to ease his final journey, the other practice was closed. The Remscheid-Süd practice immediately took us in during this emergency, reacted with great empathy, and lovingly helped him through his last days.
