After my first vet didn't really take care of us, I went to Ms. Baier. She, her assistant, and the other helpers (there was even a dog there to help 😉) took wonderful care of Lotta. We have been taking our animals to Dr. Baier for many years – and couldn't wish for a better veterinarian. She is a very warm and friendly woman who has a loving way with animals and, at the same time, brings a great deal of expertise thanks to her decades of experience. She takes plenty of time for each animal, explaining everything clearly and honestly. Even when a diagnosis isn't so pleasant, she remains honest and empathetic. Especially in difficult moments, she manages to reassure us as pet owners without sugarcoating anything. Of course, this sometimes leads to slightly longer waiting times – but we gladly accept this because we know that Dr. Baier gives her the same time for our own animals. We are very grateful to have her on our side and will continue to be loyal to her for our animals.
