Satisfied My pet is well cared for. My only complaint is: The practice isn't equipped with a card payment terminal. In this day and age, I find that very outdated.

We visited this practice for the first time on September 1st because our cat no longer wanted to eat and only wanted to sit behind cupboards or under the corner bench. Walking was also very difficult. She sometimes gagged badly, lolled her tongue, and had a strange eye. The cat was given an injection and prescribed Metacam. We went back to the practice on September 21st because it was getting worse. Another examination, injection, and medication. We went back on September 26th because the condition had worsened. Then a blood test. On September 28th, a follow-up examination, injection, and infusion, and the same day the blood results came back. I asked about it, and they said everything was fine except her kidney values, which weren't quite right, but that could be delayed with Semintra. The following Friday, her condition worsened completely, so she was quickly taken to another vet. She gave her morphine, and when this wore off, she was put down. I asked for my blood results from September 28th. Nevertheless, I wrote to the vet and found that the red blood cell count was 2.4 (normal: 7.1-11.5); hemoglobin was 4.1 (normal: 10.3-16.2); and hematocrit was 13.7 (normal: 28.2-52.7). So, our cat had no blood left. And it wasn't passed on to us. Very, very sad.... Karin Grubert

Never again. The veterinarian's social skills are abysmal. It seemed to me that even the assistant wasn't just intimidated by her, but genuinely afraid of her. I expected respectful and empathetic treatment, but instead, I left the practice feeling humiliated and disappointed. Assertions were made even before the animal was examined. The most hurtful thing was the statement that I should be a case for animal welfare! While this claim was somewhat mitigated after the complete examination, no qualified professional would ever treat pet owners with such disrespect. And certainly not before even giving the animal a thorough examination. Of course, surgery was then quickly recommended. This leads me to suspect that financial interests are the primary motivation – along the lines of: "Buy it out of guilt for letting your animal suffer like this." I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate measures are taken to improve the quality of your services. There is definitely room for improvement.

I was only there as a substitute. They didn't diagnose fluid in my lungs and sold us expensive medications that weren't even necessary. I was very disappointed and wouldn't go there again!
