Not satisfied. Even if you're dying, they don't care. One star is too many.

I've been a patient at this practice for years... I feel very well cared for by Dr. Böttcher and the other doctors as well. The medical assistants are always friendly and helpful. Waiting times are reasonable; you just have to be able to wait sometimes! And what's great is that you can get an appointment right away if needed. They're also easily reachable, which I think is fantastic. It's not always a given with every doctor. So, for me, it's 5 stars!

When I have an appointment, I wait for over an hour. Once I was only a few minutes late, and they were quite unfriendly. A woman I handed my card to told me I'm always late. So, I've only been there once, but I always wait a long time for a ticket check, and I don't say anything. It's very sad that such people work there and are so unfriendly.

It's all about making money. You constantly hear "family doctor program"... Sure, that's how the practice makes money. The doctors' offices constantly pressure you to sign it (it's just a statement from the owner who wants to make money). The doctors' office claims that you won't be examined like other patients (they claim that the health insurance company won't cover it). In short, the owner is only interested in making money. In my opinion, 90% of the doctors are worthless. The doctors' offices are salespeople who are supposed to sell...

Very friendly staff, the doctor takes her time. Blood draws unfortunately always take a little while, but I highly recommend them. Paid parking is available in front of the building.
