Unfortunately, it's practically impossible to reach the practice by phone during opening hours. You try calling several times, but no one answers. This is especially difficult when you urgently need an appointment. The telephone service definitely needs improvement.

Friendly and prompt registration. Competent consultation and a skillfully performed colonoscopy that was virtually painless and easily tolerated without anesthesia. Therefore, for the sake of my health: I would gladly return.

Dr. Busch is a very competent and attentive specialist. He calmly and clearly explained the preparation for the examination and discussed the results with me. This was my first time having a gastroscopy at this modern practice, and I'm very satisfied. Everything was extremely well-organized and professional. After the anesthesia, I had no pain, just slight difficulty swallowing, which disappeared after only 4-5 hours. By evening, it was as if I'd never had a gastroscopy at all. The entire team was friendly and attentive. The doctor took the time beforehand to give me excellent advice. The examination itself was completely painless, and it was all over in about half an hour. I felt very well cared for there and can definitely recommend the practice.
