Reviews
I am so grateful for the wonderful care I received from this veterinary practice! My cat had been suffering from severe respiratory problems for three years, which had recently worsened dramatically. The team took immediate action, were incredibly empathetic and professional. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and takes their time – both for the animals and their owners. I felt well cared for at all times. A truly caring and competent practice that I can wholeheartedly recommend to every pet owner! 🐕🐈
I searched for a good clinic in my area for a long time, and I'm so glad I found you. We vaccinated and neutered our cat. He's still recovering, but we were very pleased. Everything went quickly and efficiently. The doctors do their work with love and tenderness, for which we are so grateful. Here's a photo immediately after the surgery.
People, don't go to this vet. She doesn't deliver on her promises online. Forget about "we'll come to your home." I emailed her asking what to do for my budgie with lung problems, and she told me to catch it. Since when can a budgie with breathing difficulties still fly? This vet is unworthy and only in it for the money. Veterinarians like this should be reported to the veterinary authorities and the medical association, and their licenses should be revoked. And this vet can't even read. Probably a foreigner. It's outrageous that someone like that is allowed to practice.
Thank you so much for your compassionate support. When we wanted to say goodbye to our cat peacefully at home, our usual veterinary practice was unfortunately unable to help us. Even though you didn't know us beforehand, Ms. Petersen and Ms. Horlamus made it possible for our cat to pass away peacefully in her familiar surroundings, with a view of the garden. We are incredibly grateful to you for this!
I went there to have my dog's paw treated. The team was friendly, helpful, and took their time – truly excellent on a personal level. However, what was completely unacceptable was charging €25 for a bandage that was supposed to last two days but didn't even stay on until I got home. It slipped immediately, so I had to redo it myself. That's simply infuriating. On top of that, there was a wait of around 30 minutes despite having an appointment. 5-10 minutes would have been perfectly fine, but half an hour is far too long. Even more frustrating: I complained by email the next day – no response. Unfortunately, this leaves the impression that they're more concerned with making money than with finding lasting solutions. Although my dog had an acute problem, they insisted on a vaccination instead, while the actual problem wasn't addressed. On the contrary: After the vet visit, his condition was even worse than before. In conclusion: The staff was really great – friendly and dedicated. The organization, however, was weak, the service was disproportionate to the price, and complaints were apparently ignored. Three stars are awarded solely for the staff. Otherwise, the overall experience unfortunately feels rather cheap. I might look for a practice that has more expertise with dogs and takes feedback seriously.
