Never ever again

For four months, we fought for our rabbit Lola, going to countless veterinarians who either had no clue about rabbits, refused to help or offer any suggestions, or simply lacked empathy. Finally, we found you when it was too late for her. You gave my wife and our other beloved bunnies the chance to say a dignified goodbye to Lola at home with our family. We are deeply grateful for your decency, respect, professionalism, and for the time and effort you took to visit us. I'm sure Lola has crossed the Rainbow Bridge peacefully. Thank you, Tanja & Tanja
