Having my dog ​​euthanized was traumatic for me. I'm only now able to express my disappointment and shock at having my dog ​​euthanized, which happened three years ago. Professionally speaking, I felt I was in good hands with Ms. Berg. But when my dog ​​had to be put down, I wasn't prepared for this. She didn't put him under anesthesia first, but administered both injections directly. My dog's eyes were filled with panic; it felt like an eternity before he finally died. It was such a traumatic experience for me that I would never put my pet through that again. Unfortunately, the procedure wasn't explained to me beforehand.
