Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. Even the initial phone call was very disappointing. I simply inquired about a second vaccination for my puppy – a routine procedure – and was still turned away with a "no new patients" message. What was particularly striking, however, was the unfriendly tone on the phone. There was no understanding, no helpful explanation, and no alternative suggestion. Instead, I was given a very curt and dismissive response. Overall, this experience left a very poor impression, which is why I will definitely be contacting a different practice.
I've been taking my dog Marie to Ms. Büning for years. Yesterday, she needed a minor surgery under anesthesia. Once again, it was wonderful to experience the care, empathy, and professional expertise of the entire team. Thank you so much!
