⭐☆☆☆☆ We had to have our beloved dog euthanized at this veterinary practice – one of the most painful moments a pet owner can ever experience. Especially in such a situation, one expects at least a minimum of compassion, respect, and humanity. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. The entire staff seemed cold, distant, and heartless. Instead of empathy, we felt like we were simply being processed. This experience intensified our already indescribable grief. What was particularly shocking for us was that our dog's harness was thrown away, even though we had explicitly asked to pick it up. We were told that the harness had been discarded because it was slightly dirty. This is completely incomprehensible to us. It was our dog's harness, which he wore almost daily for a long time. It should go without saying that a frequently used dog harness will show signs of wear and tear or slight soiling. For us, it wasn't just any object, but one of the last mementos of our loyal companion. When we inquired about the whereabouts of the dishes, we felt we were treated arrogantly and disrespectfully. We were essentially told that it didn't matter if we, as individual customers, didn't return, as this didn't concern the regular customers. We found such a statement disrespectful and completely inappropriate – especially towards people who had just lost their beloved pet. Due to the way our property was handled and the way we were treated after this devastating loss, we will be having the matter legally reviewed and will be consulting a lawyer. This practice has deeply disappointed us, not only as pet owners but also as human beings. After this experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend them.
We've been here twice with our gerbils and always received excellent help, always in a friendly manner and with a good sense of humor, even on Saturdays. We called Friday evening with an emergency and were able to come first thing Saturday morning!
