Nice staff, nice and friendly vet, good prices

Due to an emergency, we ended up at Mr. Bierstedt's with our dog. He listened to everything, reliably and routinely diagnosed the uterine infection, and explained the next steps. I was already picturing us in the emergency room, etc. He took a different approach, and this treatment was effective and completely tailored to the animal's behavior. Our questions were answered. The veterinary assistant (is that the right term?) was also very nice and reassured us when we had a question. She even called us on Sunday to ask if we'd like to come in earlier. We can highly recommend this practice; we felt very well cared for. One thing we would like to see is a small hairdressing license for veterinarians when shaving animals—just kidding, but what has to be done, has to be done. If we lived in Velpke, we would definitely go to Mr. Bierstedt.

A super nice and compassionate veterinarian! We had an emergency visit on Sunday because our rabbit was attacked by a raccoon. The practice team and the vet were incredibly kind and caring, and they took perfect and loving care of little Norbi. The medication they administered and gave us helped quickly, providing relief and healing. We would also like to highlight the excellent explanations and affordable treatment.
