I received a very warm welcome. The vet and her team were incredibly helpful in helping my cat, Cookie. She was so caring and calm with my (very anxious) cat. I can recommend this practice 1000%. And what's also great is that you can buy various toys and food there! Cookie got a fishing rod toy as a reward! The prices are really great! We are parents of ten cats and have changed vets several times (due to lack of trust and insufficient communication) before ending up at Dr. Görner's practice during an emergency. Although she didn't know us (yet), we were warmly welcomed, the emergency was immediately recognized, the treatment was impeccable, and all our questions were answered. After that, it was clear: we're staying there! 😅 We've finally found two vets we trust completely, who truly listen to us and whose assumptions and diagnoses are always correct. Besides that, they are both very loving with the animals and really take the time to explain everything. The assistants also do a fantastic job. ❤️ A huge thank you to the entire team! ❤️ We are so happy that our little gang (with their special needs) is finally in such good hands! 🥰
