A truly fantastic vet! It's a bit "peculiar," not meant negatively, I can't quite put my finger on it. She helped us cross the Rainbow Bridge several years ago, which is an incredibly difficult journey for any pet owner. Beforehand, she left no stone unturned in trying to alleviate the animal's suffering and ensure a comfortable final time for both animal and human. You usually only realize this when you have some distance from the whole experience. You absolutely don't want to let your beloved pet go! Our darling is in good hands there even now. Unfortunately, since the pandemic, vet visits have to be scheduled by phone in advance. Well, I wasn't thrilled about it at first—but the pandemic is over. However, I got an appointment the same day, and there was no waiting time in the waiting room! 👍 I just hope that if there's an emergency, someone will answer the phone immediately so we can come right away... but I hope even more that there won't be an emergency. 😇🙏🙏🙂

She was a competent doctor, but anything but empathetic. My cat was close to dying, I was visibly upset, and all she said was, "Don't worry, it's just an animal." Just an animal? You shouldn't hear that from a vet!

Very unfriendly and rude. I went there and was only answered by voicemail and was turned away. I wanted to know what was wrong with my dog, but I was told no, they weren't in our care and that she didn't have time. I don't recommend this practice.

Normally, not even one star, because this incompetent doctor wasn't even able to examine our sick cat at home. Because she was too lazy to drive a kilometer. She shouldn't be a veterinarian, she should work at Secanim.

I had a very unpleasant experience. At the emergency clinic, we were treated condescendingly and weren't allowed to be present during the examination. The practice is completely outdated, and the waiting room is far too small. We were charged a high bill for a wild animal, even though this should be covered by animal welfare. I absolutely do not recommend this veterinarian!
