Our 12-week-old puppy swallowed a piece of metal. I called today and asked for an appointment as soon as possible. They were able to see me without any hesitation. The entire practice team took incredibly good care of us (yes, me too!). I was a bit shaken up by the situation. They brought me some water. And then they got down to business. After a thorough medical consultation, we decided to try to induce vomiting by administering medication to help the dog get rid of the foreign object. This worked without any complications. Everyone took their time. They were incredibly empathetic, friendly, and competent. At other practices, I'm sure I would have been sent to a hospital for surgery. Not only did I save a huge amount of money, but our little guy was spared a lot of suffering. Less than three hours later, he was back to his old self. A huge thank you to you all! Please keep up the great work!

We brought our dog Kim to this practice as an emergency patient. We were always greeted warmly. A huge thank you to veterinarian Susann Wabnik, who always examined our dog thoroughly and treated her very well. Her exceptionally loving way with the dog deserves special mention. The entire practice team is also very empathetic. Thank you so much, we will continue to take Kim to your practice. And one more thing for anyone who finds the practice too expensive: What's important to us is that our dog receives good care, and the price is completely secondary. Besides, these are perfectly normal prices.

Positive: Quick appointments, very friendly staff. Negative: My dog needed an x-ray, and I received a quote of €600. I then went to the University Hospital in Leipzig, where I only paid a third of that for the same service. A €400 difference is simply unacceptable.

I don't understand some of the reviews. Thanks to Dr. Risse and her team, our Lilly has been seizure-free since last year. I've always been able to get an appointment promptly. I find it quite outrageous that they're only interested in money and lack love for animals. My furry friends are always treated with kindness.

My cats have been patients here for several years now. Even the first impression was more than positive. It's a very nice and clean practice, and both I and my animals are always greeted warmly. From reception to the vet, it's a fantastic and well-coordinated team. You always feel comfortable, and the animals' well-being is always the top priority. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! Doctors are only human and can't be available 24/7. They even helped me with my saltwater fish. Although the vet told me it wasn't her area of expertise, she immediately took it upon herself to research it. I was prescribed medication promptly. The fish are cured, and I'm incredibly happy. My animals and I feel very well cared for there. Thank you for your loving care and help.
