Reviews
My cats have been patients here for several years now. Even the first impression was more than positive. It's a very nice and clean practice, and both I and my animals are always greeted warmly. From reception to the vet, it's a fantastic and well-coordinated team. You always feel comfortable, and the animals' well-being is always the top priority. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! Doctors are only human and can't be available 24/7. They even helped me with my saltwater fish. Although the vet told me it wasn't her area of expertise, she immediately took it upon herself to research it. I was prescribed medication promptly. The fish are cured, and I'm incredibly happy. My animals and I feel very well cared for there. Thank you for your loving care and help.
I had an emergency appointment there on Easter Monday. Despite the holiday, both the vet, Dr. Wabnik, and the veterinary assistant were incredibly kind and friendly and took excellent care of my dog. If I need a vet again during a future visit to Dessau, this practice will be my first choice.
We were there for the first time due to an emergency. Finally, a practice that can professionally treat a feisty tomcat! They handled the animal very gently. He was relatively relaxed. It was a completely new experience for us. And sorry for delaying your closing time. We'll make it up to you. Thank you to the lovely team, we are incredibly grateful. Your Maine Coon cat, Lucky Bormann.
Our 12-week-old puppy swallowed a piece of metal. I called today and asked for an appointment as soon as possible. They were able to see me without any hesitation. The entire practice team took incredibly good care of us (yes, me too!). I was a bit shaken up by the situation. They brought me some water. And then they got down to business. After a thorough medical consultation, we decided to try to induce vomiting by administering medication to help the dog get rid of the foreign object. This worked without any complications. Everyone took their time. They were incredibly empathetic, friendly, and competent. At other practices, I'm sure I would have been sent to a hospital for surgery. Not only did I save a huge amount of money, but our little guy was spared a lot of suffering. Less than three hours later, he was back to his old self. A huge thank you to you all! Please keep up the great work!
We came to this practice at short notice with our dog Mailo during a very stressful and emotional time, and we can't even begin to express how grateful we are for the care we've received so far. Even though we needed an appointment that same day, we were warmly welcomed from the start and immediately felt at home. We were particularly touched by the receptionist: Mailo was afraid to enter the practice, and she patiently waited with us until he was ready. Her calm, kindness, and understanding were incredibly helpful to us at that moment. The veterinarian and the entire team were also exceptionally empathetic. You could immediately tell that they weren't just treating a patient, but caring for an animal with their whole heart. The vet took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and treated both Mailo and us with great love and respect. We were especially impressed that at no point did we feel like profit was the primary motivation. On the contrary – it was clear that the veterinarians were aware of the emotional and financial burden such a situation places on pet owners. All decisions were made with great empathy and always with our dog's well-being at the forefront. What also deeply impressed us was that today, even before the lab results were in, we received a call from another veterinarian at the practice. She asked us to bring Mailo in again because she wanted to examine him herself and see for herself. This call alone showed us how much care and dedication this team has. Further tests were carried out, and we were given hope again during a time filled with worry. Especially in a situation where you are very worried about your beloved pet, it makes a huge difference to encounter people who are not only professionally competent but also radiate so much warmth. Mailo's treatment is not yet complete, but we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for everything the entire team has done for him and for us so far. We feel very well cared for by you and are incredibly grateful to be accompanied by such loving and dedicated people during this difficult time.
