Super 👍🏻
Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly, and Dr. Unglaube also made a trustworthy and pleasant impression on us. Thank you so much for the excellent treatment of my cat Kythano.
We've been taking our Beagle, Buba, to Dr. Unglaube for four years now and are very happy with her services. We find the appointment system very convenient, so there are no long waiting times. You can tell she's passionate about her work. Buba says thank you! ☺️
Hello! Avoid this practice if you only want the best for your pet, or if you care deeply about it. We had an appointment this afternoon at 4:00 PM with the veterinary practice of Sandra Unglaube for our Havanese and even arrived 5 minutes early. At that time, there were no other patients in the waiting area. There's a large sign in the waiting area stating that emergencies (obviously) and scheduled appointments take priority. As time went on, the practice filled up, and we occasionally saw the veterinarian bringing other patients into the examination room. Our Havanese was panting like crazy, and after well over an hour, we were still waiting... mind you, we were second to last. When we take our dog to a restaurant, he's always offered a bowl of water. We're used to this at other veterinary practices as well. Here at this practice, that was completely out of the question. There's no way you could call animal welfare here. The whole atmosphere is very questionable, and a renovation would definitely be welcome. It seems likely that there's a lack of competence here. The regulatory authority should really investigate who is allowed to call themselves a veterinarian. We certainly should have read the other reviews first; then we definitely wouldn't have made an appointment at this practice, as this isn't the first time. So, dear animal lovers, you don't have to put yourselves or your pets through this. Best regards
