In another vet, treatment and prevention of diseases is cheaper. And It is very sad to hear that if the dog was not bought in Germany it would be expensive to cost everything... Adding to this disease, which my dog does not have! You dont remember my dog cause I Was with my Brother and I ask you few questions. Your answers have decided That my dog you didnt see. . You didnt see him but You said that you will have to treat him, because he is from Poland!!

The staff are incredibly welcoming, whether at reception or in the examination room. You always receive a friendly greeting and helpful advice, even on the phone. I highly recommend this veterinary practice. And Dr. Franke is a very empathetic veterinarian.

I take my two cats there and can only give them five stars. A fantastic vet, a great team. Ms. Franke also euthanized my sister's dog at home because life was simply no longer worth living for him. She was so sensitive and empathetic and found the right words in this difficult situation. I like her immensely and thank her for her dedication to animals ❤️

Even though I'm not a patient (i.e., my dog ​​Lucy), we were helped immediately. A quick call to the practice, and we were allowed to come in. My little girl was helped quickly, and now she's back to the wonderful dog I knew she was. Dear Dr. Franke & Team I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Saying goodbye to my beloved Inge has left a huge void in my life. Despite all the sadness, I feel deep gratitude that Inge was in such loving and expert hands until the very end. Inge was a dog full of love – gentle, loyal, and always with a big heart. And even though vet visits were never her favorite thing, I always felt how much you cared for her. Your calm, empathetic nature made it easier for Inge, even when she would have preferred to walk right back out the door. You treated Inge with a level of care that went far beyond the professional responsibilities of the job. Your warmth, understanding, and patience always made us feel that she was in the best possible hands. For that, I thank you more than words can express.
