Scheduling the appointment by phone was super easy. The vet was incredibly kind and competent. The consultation and examination were excellent. It's really reassuring to know my pet is so well cared for while on vacation. And the bill was surprisingly reasonable :)

I made an appointment yesterday by phone for my Chinese creation. It was a very good conversation and she took plenty of time. So she was very friendly on the phone. I'll write more after our appointment.

We're on vacation here and our dog has badly injured himself in a fall. We called Ms. Warncke and she called back a short time later. Even though Ms. Warncke had an urgent appointment, she took the time to explain what to do (emergency service). Ms. Warncke is extremely friendly and helpful!

I can absolutely recommend this vet. Our dog had a respiratory infection. A very thorough consultation is conducted before any treatment even begins. Every step is explained in detail, and what I found incredibly positive... they didn't immediately resort to strong medications like antibiotics. Our dog received all-natural remedies. Fantastic! Thank you again!

We were on holiday in Kühlungsborn when our dog developed noticeable swelling at the outer corner of his eye. Since our holiday accommodation was very close to Dr. Warncke's practice, we left a message on her answering machine describing the problem, requesting an appointment, and providing our mobile number (this was also how Dr. Warncke described the procedure on her recorded message). Unfortunately, no one has contacted us since, and we were left to deal with the problem. I can't comment on the medical care itself or its quality, but the service offered by the practice left a very poor impression...a shame! The Kehrer Family
