During our stay in Kühlungsborn, we had to take our cat to the vet for an emergency. We are very grateful that we were able to get an appointment quickly. The whole team is very friendly, and the veterinarian, Ms. Schwarck, took plenty of time for the examination and kept us fully informed. Our cat, Willy, would like to thank you all so much for the treatment. He's thankfully feeling much better now ☺️

Incredibly friendly and competent veterinary practice!! I had to take my elderly cat to the vet during my vacation because he was acutely ill and needed immediate attention. This practice was recommended to us, so we contacted them directly. We got an appointment right away and were able to have emergency treatment done that same day. The entire team was so kind and efficient, keeping the stress for my cat to an absolute minimum. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again for the quick and excellent help and can highly recommend this practice!! ❤️

We had an unexpected vet visit with our dog during our vacation. I called the practice and they immediately gave us an appointment for that same afternoon. We felt very well cared for and received excellent, empathetic, and competent care. All our questions were answered patiently, and a follow-up appointment was scheduled for the next day. When we arrived the following day, we casually mentioned that our dog doesn't like car rides anyway, and we were worried about her pain and whether she would make the five-hour drive home. Mr. Bänder then gave us a detailed explanation of a specific medication that might help, and he and his staff even managed to get it for us at short notice. We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful and loving care. A highly competent team with a great deal of empathy for both animals and their owners.
