Reviews
I was a patient of Dr. Müller's for three years with my dog Amy. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, when you weren't allowed in the examination room, Amy happily went with Dr. Müller. Although it wasn't universally well-received, I appreciate how the practice owners protected themselves and their team from infection. Amy wouldn't even go into other practices or clinics with me without feeling anxious and nervous. There, she could even eat on the examination table. The veterinary assistants are always friendly and courteous. Dr. Müller always discussed the treatment methods and their pros and cons with me. The patient's well-being was always her top priority. Thanks to Dr. Müller, I had three wonderful years with Amy despite her unfavorable diagnosis! Dr. Müller also supported me in my decision to let Amy go. I sincerely thank Dr. Müller, who was always empathetic and kind, and her entire team!
Very friendly, efficient appointment scheduling. Competent and helpful advice. Professional examination; I feel very well cared for here with my dogs. I'm very satisfied 😀
The practice is very pleasantly laid out. There are separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats. The vet who treats my dog is very nice and always greets my dog warmly.
Friendly welcome, excellent and competent advice, loving care for the patients, and attentive answers to owners' questions; plenty of time is taken. Overall, the practice has a positive atmosphere.
I felt very well cared for. They are professionally competent and very personable. They handle the dogs with great empathy and consideration. They take ample time for examinations and treatments, and also to explain everything thoroughly to the owner. Highly recommended.
