Excellent tierarztpraxis. Everyone was very friendly and very competent & helpful. Everything works smoothly and they take great care of your animal. English is spoken well, which was helpful in my case. Highly recomended.

A super friendly, loving, and helpful team! I was able to get an appointment for further examination of my dog's eye at very short notice – in my case, within half a day. Hedwig was examined in a very calm atmosphere, and thankfully, it wasn't as bad as initially feared. We were even allowed to try on the Rex Specs dog goggles to see which model would fit best. Thank you to the whole team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a very distressing experience at another clinic and a long drive, we were emotionally exhausted. Our relief upon arriving at the Staufenberg Animal Eye Clinic was all the greater. The difference between the two clinics was like night and day. While we had previously been treated in a way that left us very sad and disappointed, here we were greeted from the very beginning with kindness, respect, and genuine helpfulness. I can and want to speak only from my own experience: The entire team was exceptionally empathetic, professional, and dedicated. We always felt that the animal's well-being was their top priority and that everyone truly took their time. My special thanks go to Dr. Müller. Her expertise, calm demeanor, and compassion helped us immensely during a very difficult time. She not only treated our cat but also took us seriously as concerned pet owners and offered her support. The long drive was more than worth it. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and will never forget their kindness and care. Many thanks to the whole team – and especially to Dr. Müller. Our dog Lili is quite the daredevil and has unfortunately suffered several corneal injuries. Luckily, we ended up in Staufenberg on a recommendation. The receptionists, the assistants, and all the veterinarians are always incredibly friendly, warm, and professional, very attentive to the dogs, and extremely thorough. We also went there for our DOK examination and are simply delighted to have the practice nearby.
