Dr. Edeltraud Feneis

My cat didn't survive the treatment at this veterinary practice. During a dental procedure, his tongue was almost completely severed (according to the vet, due to a technical defect in the equipment). It was successfully reattached, but my cat died two days later in Dr. Feneis's care. I was told that they had already contacted the technician – and that was the last I heard. No one saw fit to inform me afterward about the outcome of the technician's inspection of the equipment. All in all, the entire incident was downplayed and trivialized. The whole thing affected me so deeply that I'm only now able to write this.

Great vet, she's been helping my dogs and cats for decades. And the staff are also very caring towards their patients, both big and small. A BIG compliment to the entire practice!!!

Thank you for your help and thank you for being such a kind person! Dr. Feneis stayed at the practice for an hour after closing time to provide first aid to my hedgehogs after I found them poisoned in my garden. I visited her several more times afterward, and she was very accommodating when it came to covering the costs. A huge thank you for that as well. Please stay just the way you are. Since then, I have recommended her to anyone looking for a conscientious veterinarian.

We've been taking our Westie, Loona, to Dr. Feneis for 10 years. She's very competent and always helpful. Absolutely top-notch.
