Unfortunately, I discovered this practice far too late. Due to my cat's medical condition, I have to take him to the vet regularly, and since the appointments are unpredictable, I often have to go to other vets because he tends to show symptoms during vacation periods. I've been to pretty much every vet in the area (and most are really good vets). In my opinion, however, no one compares to Dr. Janssen-Sinn. You can tell with every action that the focus is on the animal and nowhere else. At every visit, I receive valuable new tips to improve my cat's life. Furthermore, she was the only one who, after a decade, noticed something that every other vet should have seen immediately. While it can sometimes take a while in the waiting room, you know that not only your own pet but all other animals are receiving the best possible care. Not to mention her friendly manner, which makes the experience all the more pleasant. Thank you so much for your wonderful work! In my opinion, 5 stars aren't enough for such a practice!

Always available, loving, competent care, whether for cats or dogs. Negative reviews because someone couldn't get their pet treated immediately due to emergency surgery are incomprehensible…

I am absolutely thrilled! The team and the vet deserve two more stars! They explained in minute detail what our dog had, what caused it, and what could be done. They helped us when all the other practices were closed. I'm so glad we found this practice; we do have a vet, but I would only ever take my dog ​​to you for treatment! I'm truly delighted! Thank you again for helping our little one so quickly! ☺️
