In an emergency, I called the veterinary practice for my cat and got an appointment the same day. Both the team and the vet were very friendly and took plenty of time for my little one. You could immediately tell that the animal's well-being was their top priority – I felt right at home. The loving care they gave made it clear that my cat felt comfortable. There was also plenty of cuddling and petting, which I especially appreciated. The vet explained everything in detail and asked us to come back for a follow-up appointment. Everything went just as well the next day. Thank you so much for the wonderful work – we'll definitely be back! 🐾

Yesterday, I took my dog ​​to the emergency vet clinic, and we felt very comfortable and well cared for (this started with the initial phone call). The team is very empathetic and competent; thank you so much for your time and effort! If it weren't so far from Aachen, we would definitely switch to this clinic. ☺️

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this veterinary practice. The process was incredibly hectic: there was a constant flow of people coming and going in the examination room. Two assistants examined my cat, a third burst in because she needed something from the room, and the veterinarian herself only looked in the animal's mouth for a mere 15 seconds. The diagnosis: one tooth had to be extracted; the rest could only be assessed under anesthesia. For this cursory examination (including a cheap medication), I was immediately charged 89 euros. When I inquired about further costs, I was quoted a price range of 400 to 600 euros for extracting a single tooth – assuming it was just that one tooth. In total, extracting one tooth would therefore cost me between 489 and 689 euros. I find this pricing absolutely outrageous. With prices like these, one has to wonder how anyone can afford a pet these days. I will never go to this practice again, not even in an emergency.

My dog ​​had to have dental surgery. Everything went smoothly and professionally. The entire team was super friendly, very empathetic, and cared for my dog ​​lovingly – you can immediately tell that they put their heart and soul into it. My dog ​​recovered quickly and was well cared for. A huge thank you to the entire team – we feel like we're in the best hands with you!
