We took our dog to the emergency clinic on Sunday morning. He had to be euthanized. We understand they're busy, but the impatient treatment and rough handling of our pet left a very bad taste in our mouths. There was absolutely no tact to be found. We're glad he's no longer suffering and that he received quick help, but in such a sad and overwhelming situation, we would have appreciated some empathy from the clinic.

Our cat was neutered. You can see in the photo how badly they treated her. A few days later, the cat couldn't eat and was sleeping the whole time. We went back, and the scar was swollen like a tennis ball, full of blood and pus. They still demanded money. After a few days, our small scratch didn't go away. The second time, they asked for money again, but we didn't have any. We only wanted to pay at the next appointment. But they changed their minds. They behaved very badly and came one after the other, rudely lecturing us that we always have to have money with us and take care of our animals. It's not fun. It was life-threatening. Still, the neutering cost us €400.

We went to the emergency vet on Sunday and didn't find the woman very friendly. On top of that, she didn't seem to look very closely, otherwise she would have noticed that the cat had an infected tooth. She gave him an injection for nausea because he had vomited several times during the day. Unfortunately, the poor thing had to wait two more days for an appointment with our regular vet.

A fantastic veterinarian with a truly lovely and dedicated team. I feel very well cared for here, both with our cats and our recently adopted dog. The vet is always ready to listen, she handles the animals wonderfully, and she's very patient. Even when I'm just there for a vaccination, Ms. Amelung always checks their teeth, listens to their heart, etc., and gets a complete picture of the animal. There's no mass processing here.
