I have nothing bad to say about the veterinary clinic. We were allowed to accompany our dog on his final journey. The vet and the assistants were very friendly. They explained everything to us and were very compassionate.

We can only speak highly of this veterinary practice. My priority is the treatment and care of our dog, which has always been excellent. Although both I and my dog ​​have dealt with different doctors and nurses, they have always been competent, helpful, and friendly. That's simply the nature of a large, 24/7 practice. Regarding higher prices, I can only say that routine checkups and vaccinations are no more expensive than elsewhere. Even when our dog needed surgery, the costs were no higher than at other practices. Furthermore, we live in the same town and can reach the practice in 5 minutes, which is invaluable in an emergency. Of course, when scheduling an appointment, there may be times when I have to wait (due to emergencies), but that's no different from anywhere else. Now that our old dog has passed away, we have another puppy, and we are confidently taking him to Dr. Bali's veterinary practice again. To the entire team, keep up the great work; our furry friends thank you!

The doctors are good, but being disconnected after 30 minutes is unacceptable. I called again, waited another 28 minutes, and they hung up on me again. Really bad.

Yes, they are very good, competent, and friendly doctors. They explain everything calmly and, at least in my case, always address my concerns and needs. I'm always very satisfied. The staff is also always very kind and friendly. This clinic has been caring for my little darling for 3.5 years and they always manage to help him. This month he will be 14 years and 7 months old 🙏🍀🥹
