Dr.med.vet. Anja Pankatz Tierärztin

Recently, my old cat became very ill – he stopped eating and drinking and seemed generally lethargic. Since our regular veterinary practice couldn't offer an appointment on short notice, I contacted Dr. Pankatz. She was able to see me the same day. My cat received a very thorough examination, and as his owner, I felt well cared for from the very first moment. Unfortunately, the blood test revealed that there was no cure, and we had to let him cross the Rainbow Bridge. The farewell was handled with great sensitivity and respect. I was given a private room where I could take my time to say goodbye to him in peace and quiet. He was allowed to fall asleep in my arms. Completely at my own pace, without any pressure. I was asked several times if I was ready, which made saying goodbye a little easier. As we left the examination room, a candle was lit for my deceased cat. A loving gesture that touched me deeply. I am very grateful to Dr. Pankatz. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Pankatz and her team for their respectful support during a difficult time. We are certain: we will only use this practice in the future.

Fantastic team! I'm so grateful they took us in last year. Now I happily bring all our animals. Even in special cases, they are incredibly accommodating and really make an effort to do everything right. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
