Reviews
Yes, we've been taking our animals there for treatment for 25 years. They provide excellent care and perform excellent surgeries. The animals and their owners are treated with courtesy, kindness, and great dedication and expertise. They are always there for us, whenever we need them. A big thank you to the entire team!
Orion's Haarstudio...
The veterinary practice collaborates with the animal shelter where we adopted our cats. When there was an emergency involving one of them, we were able to come immediately. Unfortunately, it didn't end well. But the vet and her team did everything they could. She explained every step to me and my son. Sadly, our little one had to be put down. We were given the opportunity to say goodbye the following day. We were treated with great care, our grief was taken seriously, and we felt very comfortable during both days we were there.
Dear Dr. Seitz-Trautmann, I brought my dog to your emergency veterinary clinic yesterday and I want to be honest and tell you that I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire process. I find the bill of €212 completely unreasonable for what I consider to be a very superficial treatment. Some cream was applied, some fur was removed, and a quick check was performed – to me, it seemed more like a makeshift procedure than a comprehensive treatment. I personally do not believe that charging such a high price is justified. Furthermore, I unfortunately did not feel comfortable or well cared for during the appointment. I found your manner somewhat patronizing and lacking in empathy. Especially in a situation where one is already worried about their pet, I expect a respectful and understanding approach. For these reasons, I cannot recommend you, either professionally or personally. It's a shame, because in an emergency veterinary clinic, one should feel taken seriously and well cared for. If I could give zero stars, I would.
We are completely satisfied with our veterinarian. We always feel our two dogs are in excellent hands there. He handles the animals with great care, calmness, and patience, and always takes plenty of time for a thorough examination and consultation. You can immediately tell that he works with heart and extensive experience. We, as owners, are also taken seriously and always feel well-informed. The entire team is friendly, organized, and ensures that both people and animals feel comfortable. Thank you so much for the wonderful care – we wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
