We took our cat to Dr. Ballauf today after visiting several veterinary practices in Frankfurt, where no one could really help us. Everywhere we went, new medications were prescribed, ultrasounds were performed repeatedly, and even antibiotics were given, but nothing improved. We were beginning to fear the worst. However, the vet immediately reassured us. She took her time, explained everything thoroughly, and told us to proceed step by step. What impressed us most was that she could have performed an ultrasound right away, as many others would have, but she honestly said that it wouldn't make any sense at the moment. This honesty and her compassion truly won us over. You can tell that she practices her profession with heart and love for animals, not for financial gain. Her prices are absolutely fair and affordable for every pet owner. We are so grateful to have finally found a competent, honest, and caring veterinarian. A definite recommendation from us! ❤️🐾
