We are very grateful for the spontaneous help we received on a Friday afternoon outside of regular office hours for our very sick and feverish Maltese dog. We received competent and hygienically sound care and successful treatment in a superbly equipped practice. The trip from Switzerland was truly worthwhile. A highly recommended practice with a friendly and competent team.

Mr. Spitznagel spent a lot of time with our terminally ill dog. We came to him for pain medication, but instead received a very expensive, comprehensive examination, which was neither requested nor necessary, as we had already seen numerous other veterinarians and he had nothing new to offer. Mr. Spitznagel also prescribed colloidal silver without considering that my wife was pregnant. After contact with the product and consulting with our gynecologist, we discontinued it. We had the impression that Mr. Spitznagel was deliberately providing superfluous and unnecessary services, as had already been determined by other doctors. Therefore, we refrained from visiting him again. We received a message on our voicemail stating that we should call urgently regarding the blood test results. When we called, we were told that everything was fine. Well, he was then able to bill us for the unsolicited phone call. In the end, we received a very hefty bill, of course, issued too late and payable within seven days.

Very professional and friendly, even during the coronavirus crisis. He examines the animal closely and provides very competent advice...our cat was close to death. At home, thanks to the medication we're giving her, she's regained a stable quality of life. We're happy and would be happy to come back. He also consults by phone, which we personally find very helpful, and it makes you feel like you're not alone in the situation.

A truly wonderful and, above all, kind veterinarian! Our cat "Despo" had a few health issues, and they were all treated promptly, which I didn't take for granted. We are so glad we found Mr. Spitznagel by chance. Highly recommended!
