The vet was very friendly, but unfortunately my budgie didn't survive the anesthesia. He had a tumor, but seemed lively until the very end, eating and playing as usual. Only after the surgery did I learn that he was a bit thin – something like that could have been mentioned beforehand, and perhaps he could have been given vitamins to help him gain weight. I still trust vets, but this loss shows how important open communication is from the outset.

Competent in every respect, friendly, courteous and above all: honest. Openly discusses problems and suggests solutions, whether you like them or not. This is exactly what you need as a layperson. The team also appears to be well-trained and well-coordinated in every respect. I've been to other vets before but in my opinion they can't keep up. The practice is equipped with the latest findings and equipment.

You have to be really lucky to get a good vet! I took my cat there because he was already having health problems due to his age. In the end, my cat had cancer that had spread throughout his body and was practically blind – and the vet (no joke) said during the examination, "Everything is fine, the cat is doing well." Thanks for nothing!

The newly neutered cat would probably write a different review after his experiences of the last few hours 😂... but he's forgiven. I, for one, am very satisfied! Our dogs and cats have been coming here for years – we're very happy! 👍
