I've been taking my dog to Dr. Rust for almost three years now, and I'm very happy with her. She's a fantastic vet; spontaneous appointments are never a problem. She's always friendly, takes plenty of time, is very attentive, and you can tell she truly loves animals and her profession. Ms. Frust is unfriendly and administers outdated vaccinations (the first vaccination according to the vaccination booklet was Canis SHAPPI/L4, then L2), so our puppy needs a booster shot thanks to her. The deworming medication was also almost expired. In my opinion, this woman acted negligently and without conscientiousness or responsibility.
The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable person and caring. She is by far the best vet that we have found. She has treated our cat and dog. In both cases, she handled it very professionally and she explained to us and gave us advices.
