I had my cat vaccinated here. However, the bill was unclear. The vaccine was already charged at €33.07. Additionally, a "subcutaneous injection" was listed at €8.62. Later, the bill also listed "Medications Applied" at €10.08, which was also explained to me over the phone as a vaccination. This makes it seem as if multiple charges were made for the same procedure. I would like to see more transparency and a clearer breakdown of services in the future so that pet owners can better understand what they are paying for.
