We took our budgie to Dr. Pfeffer because of a tumor. Bird owners know that a good avian veterinarian isn't easy to find, and our usual vet was on vacation, so the clinic referred us to Dr. Pfeffer. The trip from Jena was definitely worth it: She handled the bird beautifully, explained everything clearly, the team was friendly, and despite the waiting room being full, the wait was manageable.
