We took our budgie to Dr. Pfeffer because of a tumor. Bird owners know that a good avian veterinarian isn't easy to find, and our usual vet was on vacation, so the clinic referred us to Dr. Pfeffer. The trip from Jena was definitely worth it: She handled the bird beautifully, explained everything clearly, the team was friendly, and despite the waiting room being full, the wait was manageable.
Always friendly, no matter how busy the practice is, and my animals were always very well cared for!
The nurse and vet were incredibly nice and friendly. Despite the waiting room being full on a Saturday, they took plenty of time for the sick animal, and everything still went very quickly. Extremely satisfied.
