Unfortunately, we only met such a wonderful doctor and her team when our Dakota was dying. Her whole demeanor and compassionate care made Dakota's final journey easier for us. She and her team made it so beautiful for Dakota when she had to go. If there were 10 stars, she would get them all.

A truly wonderful veterinarian. Dr. Sperrhacke exudes competence and friendliness. She is very gentle with the animals and takes the time to address their concerns and answer their questions. The assistants are also very kind and explain everything in detail. A truly great practice.

I had an emergency that required treatment at the veterinary emergency clinic, and Ms. Sperrhacke was incredibly empathetic, friendly, and competent. Both my dog ​​and I—even if he didn't necessarily show it—were very grateful for her quick response and excellent treatment. She immediately made us feel safe and well cared for in a stressful situation. I would go to her emergency clinic again anytime and wholeheartedly recommend her! ☺️

Despite having an appointment, I spent about 1.5 hours in the waiting room with my puppy, which was very tiring. The veterinarian herself was extremely competent, thorough, and very friendly—I felt she was in good hands professionally. Unfortunately, the receptionist and the staff member during the examination were very unfriendly and insensitive, sometimes even making inappropriate comments, which made the situation unpleasant. The veterinarian was excellent professionally, but the waiting time and the way the assistants treated me were disappointing.

Dr. Sperhacke was on call this past weekend and took a lot of time to listen to our concerns over the phone. When she arrived and we had to let our dog go at home, she gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. It was almost midnight, and I think she'd had quite a few emergencies that day. Despite that, she was incredibly kind and empathetic, and she gave us all the time we needed. I've rarely experienced such compassion. She also treated our beloved Rocky with such love, even though she didn't know this wonderful dog, yet she still felt for us. You can tell that for her, it's not just a job, but a true calling. Rocky must have chosen that very day... we felt we were in good hands, despite the circumstances. It hurts so much to let your loyal friend go, but when I think about how we and Rocky were cared for, it makes it a little easier to cope. Thank you for this amazing veterinarian with such a huge heart. ❤️🙏🏻
