Yesterday, I took my cat to the emergency vet clinic at the Kleintieroase (Small Animal Oasis). I received a very warm welcome, and the vet was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Her advice was very helpful in determining the next steps. She was also very gentle with my cat. I highly recommend this clinic.

The entire team is incredibly friendly and empathetic, both towards the animals and their owners. I would especially like to emphasize how the veterinarian's calm and serenity truly soothes both animals and their owners. She genuinely lives for the animals and radiates an incredible tranquility that immediately rubbed off on my pets. The practice is modern and very attractively designed. It doesn't feel clinical at all, but rather a haven of well-being that caters not only to the needs of the animals but also to those of their owners. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you don't feel like you're in a sterile clinic. The friendly and open ambiance contributes to making you feel instantly welcome – and this is reflected in the way the team works. I bring my dog ​​and cat as patients and particularly appreciate how goal-oriented they are in addressing the problems. They don't just focus on symptoms, but always strive for the best long-term solution. It's wonderful to know that my animals' needs are always the top priority here and are handled with care and dedication. From the very first moment, you feel right at home at the small animal oasis. The premises are lovingly decorated, and various animals, such as rabbits, fish, and a practice dog, testify to the staff's love for animals. The staff, especially veterinarian Sarah Holstein, are a competent and caring team. Our cat Lissy is completely relaxed when a vet visit is due. She is cared for with plenty of time and patience. If we urgently need an appointment outside of the regular schedule because our cat isn't feeling well, there's always a way to make it happen. A huge thank you to the entire team!
