Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your practice, which my pet and I experienced. On May 16, 2024, I sought treatment at your practice due to an acute emergency involving my dog. Despite the obvious urgency and my pet's poor condition, your staff refused to treat me. This occurred without a thorough examination of my pet's condition or any alternative assistance. This experience has deeply shocked and disappointed me. As a pet owner, I rely on the prompt and competent assistance of veterinarians, especially in emergencies. The refusal to treat my pet constitutes a serious breach of professional duty and could have had severe consequences for my pet's health. It is of utmost importance to me that such situations are avoided in the future and that other pet owners do not have to endure the same negative experiences. We took our dog here after a dog bite. Our dog received excellent care, and everyone at the practice is incredibly kind and friendly. We thank the entire team for the quick help and the wonderful care our dog received 😍 We'll gladly come back, but hopefully only for vaccinations or something similar, and not for emergency treatment.

It was the saddest moment of our lives when we had to have our dog (16 years old) put to sleep after a short illness. The vet and his team were very compassionate, and everything was explained to us calmly. Should we ever get another dog, we will definitely go back to this practice and of course recommend them to others. Thank you for everything.

A truly wonderful practice, very well organized, even for emergencies, with a fantastic team of veterinarians and assistants. All the staff are wholeheartedly dedicated to their patients (large and small) and their owners, always there for them. They do everything humanly possible to help every animal. Even in the most difficult and complex cases, they don't give up easily but fight until the very end. You always feel understood, taken seriously, and in good hands at this practice; you are always welcome. It's a veterinary practice where you feel comfortable (for both animal and owner). I can wholeheartedly recommend it, even if you live a bit far away; it's well worth the trip, especially for your pet.
