I have to say that the staff don't read the questionnaires properly. I ticked the box for card payment and was asked how I wanted to pay at the end. They don't even take your temperature before you get vaccinated. Please be careful with your animals there.

This practice is 100% about the animal, not about the waiting room being full. She takes her time and truly considers how she can help the animal, even after the consultation hours. She helped our beloved Cookie a great deal, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that.
