Our regular veterinarian will be very satisfied.
We contacted the vet in the emergency. The vet insisted we go to the bank first before treating the animal! I understand being cautious with new customers, but then they should consider buying a card reader. Overall, it felt like the vet was reluctant to come. Customer service was impossible and unfriendly; never again!!!
A truly wonderful veterinarian who treats animals with intelligence and care, and is also very honest. She didn't give up on our mare when many would probably have suggested euthanasia.

Very friendly, she arrived quickly when we called about an emergency! Follow-up appointments were handled in close consultation, and scheduling was very pleasant. Hopefully no further emergencies :-) , but she will gladly become our regular vet!
