I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Robert Hausner Veterinary Clinic for the help in treating my cat. The doctors and staff showed a high level of professionalism and care. They conducted necessary examinations, provided detailed reports on my pet's condition, and gave instructions for care. Thanks to their efforts, my cat made a full recovery. I highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners in search of high-quality veterinary care.

My pup Peanut loves everyone in this practice. When we called them the first time a few months ago, the receptionist even told me that I can bring my puppy there in an hour or so just to get him familiar with everyone and get some treats. We did that and never regretted. For the two times so far Peanut was there, he liked the experience and was always happy going there. He was relaxed the whole time and the doctors and all staff took their time to settle the dog before doing any examination or injection. With all the treats on the table, Peanut never realized he got the shot and never whined or yelped there. Unfortunately we moved out of Mannheim and went to a new vet … horrible experience there and my dog even had diarrhea after we left because of all the yelling and screaming and stress the new vet put on him… so I’m taking him back to Dr. Hausner despite the traveling. I called the reception and explained the situation that I don’t know if the last experience had upset and traumatized the puppy and changed his view on vet and not sure if he would get nervous this time, the receptionist was very accommodating and told me that they will try to give him a quiet place while we wait and see what they can do to help him not get nervous again. Yes they charge a bit more than other vets, but for me it’s worth it if they treat my dog as a living being with love and affection and care. And last but least, very clean and organized practice with bright but comfy lighting, and most of the time we were there, it’s not crowded at all in the waiting room.

We love this veterinarian. He is so kind towards the pets and to us. He speaks English, he is very clear about what we have to do and he is also very understanding. The whole team has great energy and they are all very kind. I seriously recommend this professional team.

I came as an emergency, they made space for me, my cat had an accident and I was very worried that he broke something. They took him in really fast and took care of him, thank goodness he didn’t break anything. I told the doctor if he could make an exception for me and let me pay after getting the money in some days and he said it was fine if I paid 100€ now and the rest later, he didn’t charge me the consult fee, he was very nice the whole time, really made my day, thank you really for your help, I’m pretty sure Arturo is really grateful. 💗
