Reviews
The people there are very kind. There's a very welcoming atmosphere and the waiting time is appropriate, sometimes even very short. My puppy got a surgery because of a cherry eye and they got it done very quick. I also know some friends and colleagues who go there with their pets so they seem to be very trusted by many.
We’d been to this place couple of times after we’d moved to Mannheim. Reception is nice and the place is air-conditioned. The vet however was always disinterested. My cat vomited regularly and was obviously underweight and continued to lose weight. Blood test and some hydration drip were done and we were sold only supplements!!!But I retuned for a few times because I trusted that a veterinary professional obviously knows better than I do. Finally they did an xray and the vet said he couldn’t see anything because my cat was too skinny!? No other examination was suggested. No diagnosis given. That was the last straw. And now we only take our cats to a trusted vet in Heidelberg that we’d always gone to before we moved to Mannheim, despite the long distance. The said cat was quickly diagnosed by the vet in Heidelberg with ultrasound and he died one year later under, finally, good care and understandings. What a terrible practice.
I took my cat several times over two years for various reasons. She was throwing up several times per week, and after one test and no ultrasound they diagnosed her with Chronically Pancreatitis. I treated her “pancreatitis” for more than a year. But when we moved to Spain they performed an ultrasound and a biopsy, and realized she had small cell Lymphoma. It could have been treated much sooner, had they done the appropriated tests.
We will recommend this place to all our friends with Pet, they are professional s and dr wenden especially take good care of our cats. We have been going to this place since 2015. And will continue in future. Waiting time is more but this is only because of the high demand for their services and affordable prices still today.
They were really kind and caring towards my cat. They speak English too.
